All firewalls must allow for Java downloads.
Wireless networks are not supported in multi-user environments. Additionally, in single-user environments, the agent station must be the only wireless device in use while the MaxDialPro predictive dialer application is running. However, MaxDialPro does not recommend the use of wireless networks, because continuous connectivity and voice quality cannot be ensured.
